Fenwright Consulting  ·  Brampton, Ontario

Counsel for businesses
being built to last.

Fenwright is a consultancy for owners who would rather get it right than get it loud. We work on the parts of a business that compound — brand, systems, and the way you go to market — and we invoice only once the work is in your hands.

Our position

Advice you
can build on.

A wright is a maker — a wheelwright, a shipwright, someone who builds things that have to hold.

That is the standard we hold ourselves to. Every engagement ends with something real: a brand you can stand behind, a system that runs, a campaign that earns its budget. We agree the outcome in writing, then we go and build it — no abstractions, no retainers for motion.

What we do

Four disciplines, one standard.

01

Brand & Positioning

Know exactly who you are before you spend a dollar saying it. Positioning, naming, voice and a visual system that holds together everywhere.

02

AI & Integration

Put AI to work inside the business, not just on a slide. Practical model training and API integrations into the tools you already run.

03

Ads & Creative

Spend that earns its place, and creative good enough to carry it. Campaigns planned around a number, not a vibe.

04

Growth & Advisory

A plan you can act on Monday, revisited as the numbers move. A sounding board with skin in the game.

How we bill

You approve the work, then we invoice it.

No-cost consult

Every project starts with a conversation and a scope in writing. You know exactly what you are getting before anything is agreed.

Milestone billing

Work runs in defined milestones. You are invoiced only after a milestone is delivered, revised as needed, and approved. No deposits, no upfront payment.

Fair refunds

If a project cannot be finished, you get a pro-rata refund for anything paid but not delivered. Work toward an unreached milestone is not charged.

Simple payment

Invoices settle securely through Stripe and PayPal. Fees, currency and timelines are fixed in your written agreement.

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us what you are trying to build. The first consult is free, and you will leave with a clear scope whether we work together or not.
